Elizabeth Pollina Donlon has been mediating for several years, and has experience in a wide range of mediation-related activities. She has mediated contested estate, trust & guardianship matters, pubic accommodations (ADA Title III) cases, and small claims cases, as well as family, school and community disputes, and has served as a mediation advocate in employment-related (Title VII, ADA, and ADEA) disputes.
